The Vietnam Ophthalmology Society (VOS) invites quotations to establish budgetary data and procurement plans for the selection of service providers for the 1st Cataract and Refractive Surgery Scientific Conference – 2nd Ophthalmology Administration Club Meeting, taking place on September 25–26, 2026 at La Thanh Guest House, Hanoi, with details as follows:

I. Procuring Entity Information

1. Procuring Entity: Vietnam Ophthalmology Society (VOS).
2. Submission Method and Venue: Room D407 – Vietnam Ophthalmology Society Office, 85 Ba Trieu Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Telephone: 024.38263966.
3. Submission Window: From September 11, 2026 until the end of September 16, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be evaluated.
4. Quotation Validity: Minimum 30 days from the quotation date.

II. Quotation Dossier Requirements

1. Scope and specifications of goods/services: (Details as specified in the attached appendix).
2. Execution Venue: La Thanh Guest House – 226 Van Phuc Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi.
3. Dossier Standards: Quotations must be signed and sealed by the company Director or authorized representative, with cross-stamps across multiple pages where applicable.
